From our humble beginnings as a two man team doing drone work and real estate photography, Ciolko Arts has now expanded to a full service content production company. In the last six years of doing business we have assembled an experienced team who's knowledge and skill help us to consistently produce a final deliverable of exceptional high quality. We are able to handle projects of nearly every scale and genre. Through positive engagement we aim to manage our clients expectations with creativity and attention to detail while guiding them through the entire process of creating their vision. With our state of the art equipment and professional staff, we aim to continue to treat each client with the same personal attention as always with a new ability to meet all of their production needs. I discovered my passion for photography/videography when I moved to the Dominican Republic at a young age. I was surrounded by beautiful landscape, beaches, and unusual sights which led me to discover that I had a talent for capturing the richness of the country. As others took note, I was asked to work alongside and learn from professionals on a wide variety of projects. My love for music led me to start shooting music videos for local talent and I started “Ciolko Arts” when I was 16 years old. Almost 6 years later, I am now an independent music video director and have expanded Ciolko Arts by putting together a skilled and creative team who is dedicated to creating high quality content.

Hedwin's journey began on the sun-drenched shores of the Dominican Republic's north coast. Eight years ago, he stepped into the realm of creativity as a wide-eyed assistant, crafting content from the dawn of his youth. But Hedwin was no ordinary apprentice; his heart pulsed with a fervent passion for his work.
In the year 2020, destiny wove its threads, and Hedwin ascended to the role of business partner alongside Joey Ciolko. This partnership was a catalyst for his artistic growth, propelling him into the dynamic worlds of video production and photography. With an insatiable curiosity and unwavering zeal, he embraced these new frontiers.
Today, as the Project Manager at Ciolko Arts, Hedwin's every endeavor is a testament to his fiery dedication. Each project he touches becomes a masterpiece, imbued with the essence of his soul. His work is not a mere occupation; it's a manifestation of his deepest desires, leaving an indelible mark on the canvas of art and creativity.
